Where is my data?

On your phone. Creel has no account and no server. If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, your logbook also lives in your own private iCloud database.

Why are the weather tiles empty?

Conditions need a network connection and location permission. The moon and the feeding windows always work, even offline.

Why is there no tide for my water?

Tides come from NOAA stations, which cover US coasts. Freshwater spots and waters far from a station show no tide, which is correct.

How do I restore Creel Pro?

Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account that bought it.

How do I export my logbook?

The Kit tab → Your data → Export CSV or Export PDF. Export is part of Creel Pro.
